Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. Should you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This courtesy allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment slot. No-Show Fee: If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation and fail to provide notice 24 hours in advance, a $15 no-show fee will be applied. This policy is in place to compensate for the time taken to review the record prior to the consultation and for the time set aside for your consultation. Medical Records: In order to provide a comprehensive review and tailored advice, it is essential for us to have access to your pet's medical records prior to the consultation. This ensures that our veterinarians can fully review and assess your pet's health history and provide you with the best possible guidance. Please ensure that these records are sent to us in advance of your scheduled consultation.
